Tire Rotation and Balance

Tools and Materials Needed

• Jack and jack stands
• Lug wrench
• Torque wrench
• Tire balancing machine (for balancing)

Prepare the Vehicle

Park the car on a level surface and engage the parking brake. Loosen the lug nuts on all four wheels.

Jack Up the Vehicle

Use a jack to lift the car and secure it on jack stands.

Rotate the Tires

Rotate the tires according to the recommended pattern for the Honda S2000 (front to rear, rear to front). Reattach the wheels and hand-tighten the lug nuts.

Balance the Tires (if necessary)

If the tires are out of balance, use a tire balancing machine to correct the imbalance. Reinstall the tires on the vehicle.

Final Check

Lower the car and torque the lug nuts to 108 Nm. Test drive the vehicle to ensure smooth operation.
